Custom Design:
At Athena Custom Homes, our custom design services are what set us apart from the crowd. What do we do? In our detailed design sessions we work with you one-on-one to create your custom design using our state-of-the-art design software. Not only will you see your home's floorplan, you can see 3D renderings of any part of your home, inside or out! In addition, throughout the process you will be able to immediately view the changes as we make them.
Option Selection:
You will choose from a wide selection of options for your home including; windows, flooring, cabinetry, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, exterior finishes, architectural details, and many others.
We take it from there:
Once you have designed your home and selected your options, we will manage all of the details of the site prep, delivery of your house, and all finishing activities. And throughout the process, we'll continually keep you updated on progress and happily address any questions or concerns you may have.
